Admin/Accounts Assistant (Robertsbridge)

My client a long-established property development company, who is recruiting for an admin/account assistant to join their team.

Main Duties

  • Reviewing supplier invoices, posting on the accounting system, and paying invoices

  • Liaising with local authority, suppliers and subcontractors where required • Input towards monthly VAT returns

  • Input towards PAYE submissions

  • Management and order of computer equipment, stationary, software licenses and liaising with our IT Expert

  • Management of personnel files and new starters

  • Admin tasks and involvement in the day to day running of the office

  • Organising of digital project folders

  • Staff Holiday rota and management thereof

  • Website Updates (managing the external consultant)

  • Social Media (managing the external consultant)

  • Booking of training and accreditation courses for new team members

  • Job advertising and CV review

  • Employment contract review and issuing

  • Managing debit cards

  • Arranging welcome packs for new home buyers

  • Managing utility accounts

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role is preferable

  • Excellent computer skills are important (excel, folder management, emails).


  • Monday to Friday

  • 9am – 5pm
