Electrical Assembler (Hastings)
Our client is currently recruiting for experienced Electrical/PBC Assemblers to join their team. But also, open to potential candidates, who are looking for a career in bespoke assembly work.
Main Duties
The level of work may vary in line with the workload from wiring, PCB assembly, fine soldering, gluing and bulk mechanical assembly work
Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards in line with the health and safety policy
Report any problems that is having an effect on production to the team leader or manufacturing manager
Report any concerns regarding quality of components or another operative’s work to the team leader or manufacturing manager
Ensure knowledge is maintained of current works instructions and procedures
Maintain a good level of personal hygiene
Be courteous and well-mannered at all times
To assist in the review and update (where necessary) of all work instructions and procedures
In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such duties as may be reasonably required.
Skills and Experience
Previous PCB Board, crimping, fine soldering, wiring and electrical experience preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to work as a team
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willing to learn new skills
Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays
Between 7am to 5.00pm
Optional late shift hours, depending on workload
Optional overtime
