Warehouse Operative (Rolvenden)

Job Description

Our client is looking for hard working and reliable people to work as warehouse operatives in Rolvenden.  

Main Duties:

·         Pick and pack orders accurately according to daily schedules and customer requirements.

·         Ensure all items are handled with care and packed to a high standard to prevent damage in transit.

·         Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

·         Follow standard operating procedures and quality control checks to ensure every order is right first time.

·         Monitor and report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock issues.

·         Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfilment targets.

·         Support stock replenishment and inventory accuracy as needed.

·         Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

·         Other tasks as directed by Board of Directors and Line Management

·         Attending internal meetings when requested

•             Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

•             Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment role is desirable but essential.

•             Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Working Hours:

·         Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

·         Overtime maybe required.

Salary:

£12.21 - £13.50 per hour 40 hours per week.

Paid 30minute lunch break.
