Main Duties

  • Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from start to finish
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing   relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees)
  • Manage and maintain an accurate client database
  • Manage and maintain a temporary employee database
  • Tele-sales campaigns, including appointment making and business generation
  • Arrange and attend Client service visits
  • Promote temp to perm placements by proactively identifying permanent opportunities for Flexible Employees
  • Promote all available flexible employees through proactive candidate marketing calls
  • Enhance sales initiatives by ensuring all appropriate leads are recorded within the Company
  • Work to the Company KPI targets
  • Managing an on-going candidate pool via job boards and social media
  • Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures
  • Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Manage the delivery of recruitment campaigns
  • Achieve weekly/monthly/annual targets
  • Able to be on 24/7 emergency call 
  • Due to the location of some of the client meetings you will need a clean valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle. The cost of travel will be reimbursed. 

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing individual
  • Good level of Education
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
