Field Sales Executive (Maidstone)

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced B2B Field Sales Executive to join their expanding team. Experience in a Technology based environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. With uncapped commission and on target earnings of OTE of £35,000 per annum.

Main Duties

  •        Able to be self-sufficient in making and booking appointments through sales calls, networking meetings and recommended sources
  •        Appointment setting and selling to your own database of companies to actively develop new accounts
  •        Target driven – KPI’s set by the company.
  •        Experience in dealing with differing levels of authority and business types is a must
  •        Can challenge a client’s thinking – excellent objection handling skills
  •        Good at asking questions and matching products to the clients’ needs
  •        Full training provided
  •        Attendance of weekly sales meeting will be required

 

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge


  •  Must have at least 2 years B2B sales experience
  •  Full Driving Licence and own transport
  •  Good level of education in both written English and Maths
  •  Excellent communication skills required both written and verbal
  •  Good I.T skills
  •  Technology based background is advantageous but not essential
