Administration Assistant

Job Description

Our client is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to provision orders on systems and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure their telecommunications services are delivered on time.

Main Duties

  • To provision orders on systems and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure their telecommunications services are delivered on time. 
  •  To generate accurate invoices, answer customer billing enquiries, arrange payment and dispute charges with suppliers where appropriate. 
  • To carry out additional administrative tasks when required.

 


Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • Has a solid demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a high level of attention to detail
  • Has the ability to work towards and meet deadlines
  • Has problem solving skills and is numerate
  • Uses own initiative and self manages
  • Gets on well with customers and colleagues
  • Highly organised
  •  A minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role with a proven track record of dealing with customers of all sizes
  • Experience of working on large projects
  • Knowledge of the telecoms industry

 

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday 
  • 9am -5.30pm
