We have an exciting opportunity in a high energy sales environment, for a Sales Administrator; joining our client’s world class team you will be co-ordinating the day to day activities that keep the team on track.

Main Duties

  • Managing customer enquiries and sales leads
  • Supporting clients from across the globe
  • Generating estimates and quotations
  • Maintaining sales processes and procedures
  • Co-ordinating interactions between Sales and all other departments
  • Arranging shipping, visa and customs documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • 2+ years’ customer focused administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  •   Systems focused
