Job Description

Our Client is a leading company in European Logistics and Distribution and are looking for an Administrator to join their team. The Group is committed to provide its customers with outstanding service and logistic solutions.

  • Due to location, own vehicle would be an essential, as there is limited public transport

Main Duties

  • Receiving in-bound telephone calls regarding customer queries
  • Acting as the link between the depot and customer service team
  • Re-directing calls to the relevant department for resolution
  • Sourcing resolutions of customer issues
  • Completion of reports
  • Data entry and basic book keeping
  • Processing associated paperwork for cancelled orders and redirection of stock
  • Attendance of operational meetings
  • Dealing and responding to e mails in a timely manner
  • Updating information on the Company system.
  • Assisting all departments with administration duties as and when required
  • Carry out any other general administration duties

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in a similar role in logistics or warehouse environment work would be advantage
  • Multi lingual would be advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in basic bookkeeping
  • Strong ability to coordinate and maintain good relationships at all levels
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft systems
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Able to work effectively on their own or as part of a team

Working Hours

  • Mondays to Fridays
  •  08.30 to 17.00
