Factory Operatives (East Sussex)

We have multiple clients in East Sussex and due to their continual growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for factory operatives.

Main Duties:

• Running and cleaning machinery.

• Assembling and packing products.

• Monitoring the production line.

• Doing quality checks of products.

• Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean.

• Informing supervisors of any issues.

• Must comply with company’s health and safety regulations at all times.

• Heavy lifting, standing and floor work will be required in various departments.

• Full training will be given.

Qualification’s Skills and Experience

• Factory/Machine experience preferred.

• Strong organisational skills.

• Ability and willingness to learn new skills.

• Good time keeping.

• Reliability.

• Must be enthusiastic hardworking individuals.

• Must be able to work on own initiative.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday.

• Some require shift rotation.

• Ideally able to flexible with start times.

• Different shift patterns available:

  • 6am starts

  • 7am start

  • 8am starts

  • 2pm starts

  • 3pm starts

  • 10pm starts
