JB2407TR - HGV 2 HIAB Driver (West Sussex)

We are looking for experienced HGV 2 HIAB drivers to join our Company, within the West Sussex area. All drivers must have a valid HIAB licence with hook and brick grab. Must be experienced in driving a 26 Tonne vehicle.

Main Duties

• To undertake the safe, secure and efficient movement of materials and equipment required for the business

• Performing deliveries and collections to and from the customer sites, and other locations as required

• Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times to customers, the general public and other road users

• Check equipment is loaded/unloaded in a safe manner

• Ensure that the total payload does not exceed vehicle weight limited

• Use approved methods to secure the load of the vehicle

• Check paperwork to that delivery/collection loads are correct

• Ensure that all equipment on the vehicle is accounted for

• Visually inspect equipment being loaded and unloaded

• Working for various companies, throughout East Sussex

Qualifications And Experience

• Holds a full clean driving licence valid in the UK, with no more than 6 points on Licence

• Holds a HGV Driving Licence

• Holds a CPC Licence

• Holds a HIAB Licence with hook and brick grab

• Holds a Digi Tacho Card

• Must have experience driving a 26 Tonne vehicle

• Good personal presentation

• Able to carry out manual handling tasks

Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays

• Hours between 6am to 6pm

• The position is an ongoing for the right candidate
