Recruitment Service Manager (Hastings)

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilient and positive individual to join our team as a Recruitment Service Manager. The job brings a lot of responsibility and rewards for the right candidate. The job requires a background within an administrative environment and someone with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail


Main Duties

  • Form successful client relationships with existing Company clients and become familiar with their business and requirements

  • Be sensitive to the nuances of the client and act both proactively and responsively to ensure that the expectations of the client are met at all times.

  • To act as a point of contact for requests for information from both client, existing staff and applicants

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with new applicants and existing staff

  • Recruiting new applicants

  • Register new candidates and carry out all working background checks

  • Source candidates for casual, short term or long-term employment across your recruitment desk, from permanent positions to temporary cover meeting the Clients recruitment needs

  • Build strong relationships with candidates within your desk industry

  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and work as a team or individual

  • Must be extremely organised and be able to work under pressure

  • Ensure all candidates are being managed via the recruitment applicant tracking system and that the candidate's journey is correctly recorded on the database, ensuring accuracy at all times.

  • Logging and processing of all vacancies ensuring relevant approvals are received.

  • Processing of offers ensuring the necessary paperwork has been provided.

  • To effectively track and chase timesheets being entered and approved for all Clients.

  • Working to successfully deliver an end-to-end recruitment service

  • Advertising roles using multiple advertising tools.

  • Upselling new and existing staff to Company clients

  • Be able to promote Company with Clients and applicants

  • Excellent at communication and possess great interpersonal skills

  • Dealing with all Clients staffing requirements on a 24/7 basis

  • Creating and maintaining databases, including spreadsheets

  • You will need to remain positive when working under pressure and working to tight deadlines.

  • Managing staff on a daily basis and dealing with all queries


Qualification’s Skills and Experience

  • Good level of education

  • Excellent IT skills, in databases and Excel

  • Understand social media platforms

  • Ability to work accurately, prioritise effectively and quickly under pressure

  • Act commercially and in the interest of Company at all times.

  • Able to be on 24/7 emergency call

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to challenge, when appropriate.

  • Strong customer focus, able to work with all client groups, in a demanding and fast paced environment.

  • Knowledge of a sales and recruitment would be advantage


Working Hours

  • Standard Mondays to Fridays
