Our client is currently recruiting for a SMART Body Shop Manager to join their expanding company based in Eastbourne.
Main Duties
Manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
Deliver outstanding service and quality to build lasting client relationships.
Drive new sales opportunities and expand service offerings.
To grow old and new relationships.
Retail upsell and selling through our busy car service receptions is an irresistible opportunity.
Support marketing initiatives to increase B2B and B2C business.
Achieve financial, productivity, and quality targets.
Implement new systems and technologies for efficiency.
Oversee workflow, capacity planning, and KPI performance.
Maintain high health and safety, and environmental standards.
Manage reporting, budgets, and financial documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience managing teams within automotive or related sectors.
Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial skills.
Understanding of accident repair, body shop processes, and insurance procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Relevant automotive qualifications (desirable).
Working Hours
42 hours per week.
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
1 in 2 Saturdays 8am to 12pm (on a rota).
